MORTGAGE

THIS MORTGAGE, Executed this day of August, 1975,
by EDEN PARK MANAGEMENT, INC., a De aware corporation authorized
to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter called Mortgagor,
which term as used in every instance shall include its successors,
legal representatives and assigns, whenever~and wherever the context
so r•equires or admits, Party of the First Part, and FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation existing
under the laws of the United States of Ameri~a, hereinafter called
the Association, which term as used in eve~y instance shall include
the Association's successors, legal representatives and assigns,
Party of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH:
That for divers good and valuable consideration, and in
consideration of the aggregate sum of money named in the promissory
