THIS CAUSE came on fo~ hearing on August 20, 1975 upon Motion for
Enforcement filed bq LINDA R. ~iOLTON againat GARY HOLTON and upon Petition -
For Modification filed by GARY AOI,TON aad the Court having conaidered the
evidence and testimony determines tt~at GARY HOLTON has willfully failed and ~
refuaed to pay the child aupport as required by the Final Judgment of this
Court entered on the 19th day of June, 1972, and is, as of this date, in
arrears $840.00 plus $9.50 Caurt Costs, it is
~ ORDBRED AND ADJUDGBD that for such failure he standa in contempt of

~ this Court and ia sentenced to serve 10 daya in Saint Lucie county jail.
~ Thia sentence is deferred until September 3,~197~ and Respondent maq recuse

~ himself af contempt by paying $250.00 on arrearage and continuing regular
payments of $70.00 per month.
