MARY LOUISE HORNER who, after first beinq duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That she is the survivinq spouse of Freeman Mitchell
~ Horner, who died on August 1, 1975. .
2. That she and the said Freeman Mitchell Horner were ~
duly married on or about ~,`1969, and that
said marital relationship was continuous and without inter-
ruption until the death of the said Freeman Mitchell Horner;
and further affiant sayeth not. _
