FINAL JIIDGMENT OF ADOPTION ~
This.cause came on to be heard before me this day on motion of the
petitioner for Final Jud.gment of Adoption, after notice to the State Welfare
Board, and the Court now being advised in the premises, finds:
1. That the petitioner, WILL~ LEE JONES, is a fit and proper person
to adopt the children named in the petition, and that the best interests of
the said children wi11 be promoted by such adoption.
2. That the said children are suitable for adoption by the said .
petitioner.
It is~ therefore, upon consideration:
ORDERED, ADJIIDGED AND DECREED:
(a) That the said chi~l.dren now laiown as Calvin Wayne Lynn and Major
I'i Lynn are given the lawful names of Calvin Wayne Jones and Wi11ie Lee Jones,

~ (b) That the said children are hereby declared to be the legal children

~ and lawful heirs of Wi11ie Lee Jones and the sai.d children shall be subject
to all of the obligations and entitled to al.l. of the rights and privileges
