' a supporting witness and the Court finding that the parties do ;

own property in St. Lucie County, Florida in which the wife ;

resides and the Court further findinq that a severe argument did ~

~ occur in St. Lucie County, Florida where the husband implied by ~
° his own testimony that he threatened to smash up the wife's car, t

' burn her house and see her buried for $500.00, all acts occuring ;
` in St. Lucie County and the husband further admitting that he ~

went with the wife to~an attorney in St. Lucie County to finalize j

: the matter and that he had knawledge of the action being filed forf

approximately ten (10) days prior to the date that he was served ~

' with pleadings and the Court further finding that based on all

~ ~ of the evidence submitted by affidavits and testimony that the ~

marriage became irretrievably broken in St. Lucie County, Florida ~

~ and that the cause of action did arise in St. Lucie County," i
