This cause came on for trial the day of Auqust, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE, The marriage between JAMES MARREY
MYRICK, Husband and BRENDA KAY MYRICR, Wife be and the same is -
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are herebyforever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existinq between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom. _
2. CUSTODY. Custody of SHEILA SUE MYRICK, minor child of the
~ p~ties, is hereby awarded to BRENDA I6AY MYRICK, Wife with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to JAMES MARKEY MYRICK, Husband. ~
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of August, 1975 sum of
$50.00 each and every week, for the support of the child named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by.

~ him remitted promptly to BRENDA KAY MYRICK. In addition there is here-

~ by assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory_costs to be added to each
~ payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money

order or cashier's check. Both of the parties.are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinq and residence addresses
~ at all times while this order is in effect. ~

~ 4. PROPERTY. That the Husband's interest in the jointly owned
~
€ property located at 2803 Carol Place is hereby awarded to the Wife
€ and the Husband is further ordered to execute a quit-claim deed to
~
€ the Wife conveying said interest within 10 days~ from the date hereof
~
~ or this Final Judgment shall effect a conveyance of all the Husband's
~ right, title and interest in and to said property. The Wife is further
z awarded all personal property presently located within said house,
~ -said property including all furniture, fixtures and appl3ances. ~
~ 5. FEES AND GOSTS. The Court determines the sum of $200.00
~
