FINAL JUDGEHENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE 3~5~9
This cause came on for trial the p2 th day of August, 1975,
and the Court ha'ving given full consideration to all the evidence,
~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit= that the relation of Husband and L~1ife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It ~is there-
upon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follews:
- 1. DISSOLUTIOil OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between_ANTHONY
ROGOLINO,.Husband, and LINDA ROGOLINO, Wife, be, and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matriraony heretofore existing between them and frora
the obliqations arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY OF MINOR C~iILDREN. Permanent custody of the
minor children of the parties, namely, MARC ROGOLItJO and ERIC ROGOLINO.,
shall be with the E~ife, subject to the Husband havings reasonable
rights of visitation to and with the said rainor children.
3. SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay to the Wife as support

' for the said rainor children, the sum of $100.00 per month, per child,.

! said payments to be nade directly to the Wife. '

I 4. SEPARATION AGREEMEWT. The separation agreement pertaining
~ to the property rights of the parties cihich ~as admitted into evidence
` at the trial is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this~cause and tl*_e parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders ~s r.~ay be
proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this
