WHEREAS, there is now unpaid on said promissory note , the principal sum of ~ 19.504.21
togethec with interest from Auqust 10 , 19 7~ , at the raie of
7•S % per annum, and
WHEREAS, First Parties have purchased ~ said property from Third Parties; subject to the lien of the afore- s
said mortgage, and, as a part of the consideration for. said property, the First Parties have assumed and agreed to
pay the indebtedness secured by the aforesaid morsgage and to perform and comply with all covenants, obliga-
tions and agreements by the mortgagors to be kept and perfo~med under said mortgage; and Third Parties, iden-
tified as original bororowers herein, have requested Second Party to consent to such transfer of said property
and relieve Third Parties of responsibiliy for any deficienq decree in the event it bec~omes necessary to fore-
dose said mort~age;
NOW, T::~REFORE, in consideration of tfie sum of E25.00 in hand paid to Semnd Party, the receipt of
j which is hereby acknowledged, and, in further eonsideration of tfie agreement of Second Party to aonsent b
i the aforesaid hansfer, said eonsent being evidenced hereby, first Parties do hereby assume personal liability
I for and agree to pay the indebtedness secured by the aforesaid mortgage at the times and in the manner specified
j in the aforesaid mortgage and in the promissory note therein described, and do further agree to perform,
~ oomply with and .abide by each and every stipulation, agreement, mvenant and condition af said note and
( mortgage.
~ Seoond Party hereby covenants and agrees that it will not seek a deficiency decree agai~st the Third
~ against the Third Parties in the event it becomes necessary to enforee the morfigage security, nor enter any suit
on the promissory note against the personal responsibility of Third Parties.
