FINAL JUDGI~IT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 19th day of August, 1975,
upon the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed by the wife.
Both parties appeared with their respective counsel and the Court
after hearing testimony in the cause and having given consideration
thereto and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
- ORDERID and ADJUDGID as follows: ~ -

FLORIDA J. INGRAM, and the Husband, VERrTON INGRAM, be and the same ~
hereby is dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising_therefrom.
2. CUS_TOD_Y. Custody of DEBORAH LOUISE INGRAM, minor child

; of the Husband and Wife, is hereby awarded to the Wife with

; reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband.

r 3. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the 22nd day of August, 1975,

the Husband shall pay to the Clerk of-this Court the sum of Thirty
~ Dollars (#30) per week, and like sums each successive week here-

x after until further Order of the Court, for the support of the

~ minor child named herein, which shall be remitted promptly to the

Wife. In addition, thereto, is hereby assessed the sum of ~1.00

as costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments

~ shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Husband and

~ Wife are hereby ordered to keep t~he Clerk of t~he Gourt advised of

~ their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order

2 is in effect.
