FOR VALUS RECEIVGD, we,•-~the undersiqned jointly and severally
PROMISE TO PAY to the order of STUART NATIONAL BANK, suCCessor
in interest to BANK OF STUART, N.A., a national banking asso-.
ciation, at its office in Stuart, Florida, the sum of FOUR
THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRLD NINETY-ONS AND 63/100 DOLLARS ($4,491.63)
in repayment of a third further advance upon a loan secured ,
- by a certain Mortgaqe to said BANR OF STUART, N.A. dated
April 27, 1971, and recorded in Official Records Book 192, paqe
2637, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, for an oriqinal
sum of SIXTBSN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($16,000.00), and
this Agreement is hereby made a part of the aforesaid Mortqage
Note, as completely as if incorporated verb~tim therein, and
said Mortgage Note is hereby referred to and made a part hereof.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED that the above third further advance,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, shall be added to the
present unpaid balance of the aforesaid indebtedness, and that ~
the unpaid balance is, as of August 15, 1975, including such ~

advance hereunder, the swa of SIXTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ~I
($16,000.00), all of which the undersigned promise to pay with

interest at nine percent (9$) per annum on the unpaid balance, '
until maturity, and that said unpaid balance as of this date
shall be payable in installments of $332.14 per month, the
next payment being due and payable on the 15th day of September,

E 1975, and continuing on the 15th day of each and every month

the entire balance of principal, together with accrued interest,
