I~IARI$ CARROI,L and RONA?~D JSRRYo CARRpLI,, JR. , minor children of
the parties are presently in the care of the Husband, and that
- the Husband has made aworn allegations that it would be in their
best interest for the children to be awarded to his custody; and
that the Husband bas further requested an investiqation be made
by the Division of Family Services, Department of Health, $ducation
and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Florida and the Court
beinq advised in the premises,
~ It is therefore ORDSRSD AS FOLIAWS:
1. Custody of TII~ MARIS CARROLL, born July 9, 1964; and
R~O1~1LD J$RRY CARR~OLL, JR., born Ja~uary 17, 1970 is awarded to the
Husband, I~ONALD JSRRY CARRpLL, pendente lite. ~
2. Custody of the minor children named above shall be
-subject to the reasonable riqhts of visitation by the Wife, PAT
CARR~OLL MCISLSY, until a hearing to be held at CO o' clock P.M.
