Assigna~ent of judga~ent, with covenants by Assignor
KNOW ALL l~N, that Ft. Pierce Oxygen 6 8quipa~ent, Inc. , a Florida
corporation, whose place of business is located in the County of St. Lacie,

~ City of Ft. Pierce, State of Florida (herein called the "Aasignor"), in
~ consideration of fifty ($S0.) dollars paid to the Assignor by North~West
Properties, Inc., a Nevada corporation, whose place of business is located io
the County of Washoe , City of Reno, State of Nevada (herein called the
"pasignee") , hereby assign to the Assignee all ef tbsi~c- ~fght,~ttle and interest
in that certain judgment in the amount of one hundred tvo and 62/100 ($102.62)
~dollars plus costs of eighteen and 50/100 ($18.5~) dollars, obtained by the
~Assignor against Naimey Enterprises in case number 75-890-SP, in the Civil
;Division of the county court of St. Lucie Ca~nty,_State of Florida, oh the 28th

~~day of July, 1975, Which judgment was duly filed and recorded in the office of
~~the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucfe County, Florida on July 29, 1975,
