~i 1. The Respor~dent, RICHARD Vf~. SMITH, is enjoined

j+ and restrained from coming about, molesting, harming or annoying fihe
; Petitioner, RITA D. SMITH, and her children, and is ordered and directed
~

to remove himself and his personal effects from the dwelling occupied by
~
= the Petitioner and her children located at 212 North 28th Street, Fort Pierce,
i~
Florida, if he is now occupying that residence or any part of it, and in the ~
{
?i event that he is not residing in that dwelling at the time a copy of this
f;
Order is served upon him or made known to him, to remain away from that
I;
dwelling.
~2. That should the Respondent need to remove his -

~ 3~ personal effects from the dwelling that he is hereby enjoined and restrained

~ from taking any furniture, household goods or items in the house which are

not solely his personal effects (ie; clothing and toilet articles).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADNDGED•that:

: 1. The Sheriff of the County is directed to enforce the ~

i~ terms of this Order regarding the Respondent being restrained from
