RESTRAINING ORDER '
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and enjoining
the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using physical violence
on or harassing the Wife, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, MBLVIN B. SKAGGS, SR., be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
using physical violence on or harassing the Wife.

essary in insuring the Husbanc3's compliance with this Order without
further order of this Court.
