FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing upon a complaint
August 14, 1975 filed by the plaintiffs herein. The defendant
was properly served a?nd a default was entered against the
Defendant for failure to file any pleading herein. ?
The plaintiffs appeared and upon their testimony it was
established that they are the owners of the described property

"A part of Tract 18 of Garden City Faruas, a
Subdivision of Section 5, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, arid recorded on Plat Book 2,
page 5 of the St. Lucie County Records described
- as follows: From Southwest Corner of said Tract
18, run East of South Line of said Tract 215 feet
~ _ for point of beginning, then run North parallel to
West Line of Tract 18, 150 feet, thence South
parallel to South Line of Tract 18, 50 feet
f thence South parallel to West Line of Tract 18,
~ -150 feet to a point on South Line of Tract 18,
thence West 50 feet to a point of beginning. {

Begin 165 feet to East of SW Corner of Tract 18, of `

thereof on file on Plat Book 2, page 5, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida".

that the Defendant owns a house that encroaches upon the Plaintiffs'
property described above, and the Defendant has no right to possession
