GRANTES
The Graatee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this Acknoaledgment and Ra.tification by Grantee, ac~-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisione of all of its eahibits,
and that conveyance by euch deed is sub~ect thereto. The Grantee
doeB further hereby ratify, confirm and apprave all of said provi-

L$ASS as filed for record in Officia2 Records Book 189 on pages
2829 through 188fi in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and tbe acts of the officers and Directors of IYINDI~ILL

corporation not for profit, in making and eatering into said
