8. If the total amount realized on.the sale exceeds the
total of the sums ordered to be paid by paragraph 7 of tt~is iu~pet
the Clerk ahall disburse the surplue as this Court ahall hereafter
direct; and if the total amount realized shall not be sufficient to
pay all of those sums, the Clerk shall pay first those specified in
judgment
paragraph 7(a) of this.7~lcand shall paq the balance to the Plaintiff.
9. Upon canfirmation of the sale, whether by the Clerk filing
the Certificate of Title herein or hy Order of the Court ruling upot~
ob3ections to the sale, the defendants-, and any and all persons
