2. Ii the undersigned shall fail ot refuse to aocomplish the reyuired repmrs or maintencmce,
eic.. withui the prescribed time. GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORATION, its su~ors or assigns,
acting by ~d through its duly autho~ized agents may come upon the premises ior the purpose oi doing

ior payment shall not exceed actual oosffi or eapenses incurred.
4. In ihe event that ihe undsrsigned shall fail or reiuse io mal~e payment oE the actual oosts or
expenses incurred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C:ORP'ORATION, its suc-
cessors or assigns, may undertake ooUectior~ of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pa7r
