within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set torth in said notice within 15 days after receipt of same.

2. lf the undersigned shall ianl or refuse to accomplish the required repmrs or mainten~ce. ~
etc., wiihin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPURA'i'ION, its successors.or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authotized agents may come vpon the premises tor ihe purpose o[ doiny ~
ihe necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be Gmited to lawn and yard maintenance

cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about m1d accomplishing ihe work referred-io in the notice, the under- -
si.~ned agrees to make payment thereof within 10 days atter demcmd. Provided, however, that demand
- for payment shall not exceed actual coets or expenses incurred.
4. In the event that ihe undersigned shall fail or ~efuse to make payment of the actual oosts or
expenses incurred, then, cmd in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
i ce:ssors or assigns, may undertake c:ollection ot ihe sum which the iuidersigned is obligated to pay
; hereunder, together wiih all eo~ts of collection including a reasonable attorneq's fee. GENERAL
