Purchaser, by acceptanco and execution of this Recei~l-,
acknowledges that this purchase of a condominium u~it at OCEAN
VILI.AGT dF HUTC`HINSON ISJ,AND is subject in every respect to the
Declaration of Gandominium as to thQ coridominium in which his unit
f~ located and ~xhibits attached thereto, including but not limited
to (whether the same are attachecl to the Declaration or referred to
therein)~ the }3y-Lacas of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Re~ulations, copy of-projected operating budget, copy
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser,
and all Amenci~ments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the
Articles o~ Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and ~
Restrictions of tl~e Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination.of said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that eacl~ and every provision of the foregoing is
essential to the successFul operation and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the
aforedescri.bed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and E~:hibits i
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and con£irms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
th~ Property Oc~ners' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser ackno~vledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumb~red
and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
