HomeMy WebLinkAbout0408 . ~ ' t RECEIPT, ACRVO~~II.~DG;•iCNT, ASSUl~~PTION AN~ ACCEPTAVCE IIY PURC~'.ASER ~ Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this purchase of a condominiurn unit at OCEAN VILLAGT OF HUTCHINSON ISLA2iD is subject in every respect to the ~ DeclAration of Condominiu.~r? as to.the coridominium in which his unit - is lacated and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration or referred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Requlations, copy of projected o~erating budget, capy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles ot Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget,-sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the Eoregoing is essential to the successful operation and management of i:he Condo-. minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominiwa covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and E~:hibits ~ attached thereto. Purchase'r hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium and ~xhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur- chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered and ir.lpressed a lien upon the_Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his ob~ligations under the said Declara- t-inn ~f r~venants and Restrictions of the Pro~ertv Owners' Associa- 1 ~ ~ _ 7 ' _ .
