This cause coming on to be heard upon the Petitioner's Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage, and it appearing that Petitioner is a resident of
Florida qualified to bring a proceeding for Dissolution of Marriage, snd
that the marrisge is irretrievably broken, it is considered by the Court
that the Petitioner is entitled to the relief prqyed for in her said
