This cause came on for tria] the 26th day of August, 1975,
.and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,~finds and
~ determines: This Court has 3urisdiction af the parties and sub,ject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and aife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and shou7d be
~dissolved and upon the agreement of parties and counsel that the petitioner'"s
~ amended peti ti on for parti ti on be heard. It i s thereupon
ORDEREO and ADJUDGED as follows: ,
1. The marriage between ARTHUR JOSEPH MOREL and 6EORGETTE
~lARGARE7 MOREL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
yth~n are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here~ofore exis~ing

~between them and fran t4~e obligations arising therefrom.
~ ~ 2. Permanent custody of JOHN LEWIS MOREL and RANDALL CHRISTOPHE
~ MOREL, minor chi7dren of the parties, is hereby awarded to GEORGETTE MARGARET

~ MOREL wi th reasonabl e vi si tati on ri ghts reserved to ARTHUR JOSEPH !+~OREL.
~ ~ 3. Comnencing tt~e 29th day of August, 1975, ARTIiUR JOSEPH MOREL

~shall pay to GEORGETTE~MARGARET hlOREL the sum of ~40.00 for each child for a
