to the Clerk. All pa~yments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in
effect.
4. The Court determines the c~sts of the Court Reporte~'~shall
be taxed to the Husband, ARTHUR JOSEPN MOREL, which said costs the husband
is hereby ordered to pay.
_ 5, The Court approves the agreement of the parties agreeing to
diligently pursue the sale of the ~oint prnaerty of the parties and ~e division
V/~~~7~ of the net proceeds , ' e

~d. ~ equally to the parties here ~and in turn, reserves further ruling as
to the partition of the pronerty pending the outcome of the said aqreement and
sale and in the event there shall be no private sale, that the Gourt upon
proper petition ma~y effect a partition of the joint prooerty.
' 6. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
