This cause came on for trial the 27th day of August~ 1975,
and the Court having given full cons•ideration to all the ev3dence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the~parties
and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation of huaband and
wife now ex ~sts between the parties; and that the marriage between ~
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon . -
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ .
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD
RAY SHORTNACY and PA1~D?LA CLAIRE SHORTNACY be and the same fs hereby
dissolved~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed - _
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore e$ isting between them and
from the obligations arising therefram.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of Jamie Shortnacy, age5; and Heidi

; Shortnacy, age 3, minor children of tbaparties, is herebp awarded
~ to PAI~:LA CLAIRE SHORTNACY~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved

3. SUPPORT, commencing the 29th daq of August, 1975, DONALD
RAY SHORTNACY shall paq to PAI~II:LA CI.AIRE SHORTNACY the sum of $25.00
per child each and every week for the support of the children named
