FINAL JUD(~NT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This action came on for hearing on the 27th day of August,
1975, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the sub3ect matter of this'action; that the rela-
tionship of husband wife now exists between the Petitioner and
Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is,
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti-
tioner, ELIZABETIi S. LYBRAND, and the Respondent, ROBERT L. LYBRAND,
be and the same is herebg dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. AGREEI~NT,. The separation anc~property settlement agree-
ment executed by the parties on the 31st day of July, 1975, was
` freely entered into by the parties,after a full disclosure and

~ under the circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for
~ the best interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agree-
~ ~
~ ment is incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the
i
` parties are ordered to comply with all terms of the agreement.

€ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the par-
~ties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as
; ,
; may be just and proper in the premises.
