. THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on August 27, 1975, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds.and ~
determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
_ broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
~
ORDERED AND ADJUllGET~ as follows;

1. The marriage between ALAN ARTZ and GAYLE `
GILMAN ARTZ be, and the same is, hereby forever freed from the bands
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
k ~
arising therefrom.
~ 2. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement

i, executed by the parties on the 28th day of July, 1975, and introduced into

~ evidence marked Petitioner's Exhibit A, was freely entered into by the 1
