. This cause havinq come to be heard on the 20th day of ~
August 1975, upon the Petition of the former Husband, REID R.
GOODWIN, for modi~ication of the Final Judgement fssued in this
matter and on the Pe~ition of the former Wife, VENDELA C. GOODWIN, ~
~to holsl the former Husband fn contempt of Court, and the Court
havinq heard the testimony of the parties and being otherwise fully -
dvised in the pxexaises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
l. Temporary custody of the minor child of the partie~
namely, RARLA GOOD~~TIN, shall be with the former Husband until further
order of this Court, subject to the fonner Wife ha~rinq reasonable
xights of visitation to and with the said minor child. During the
period that the said minor child is in the custody of the former -
Husband, the former Husband will not be required to make child support
payments ~ to the forraer t~Tife. -

` 2. The former Husband, REID R. GOODWIN, shall pay to the . `

; Law Offices of j~illes, Bittan & Willes, the sum of $490.00 which ~

~ sum includes delinquent attorney•s fees in the amount.of $300.00 owinq
~ pursuant to the Final Judgement and Dissolution of Marriage previously

~ entered in this matter, $40.00 Court costs owing as a result of the

E said Final Judgement and $150.00 attorney's fees hereby awarded as . `

~ sum of $490.00 shall be payable in mon'thly installments of $50.00 ~,d ~
