FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
TAIS CAUS$ coming on to be heard and tried upon the
verified Petition fcr Adoption and Respondent's Answer thereto,
and it appearinq to the Court on the evidence and testimony
presented that Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the
minor child sought to be adopted and that the best interests and
welfare of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the
child will benefit by a penmanent family life and is suitable for .
adoption by Petitioner, DENNIS MICHAEL WEISNSR, and being other-

wise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERSD AND.ADJUDG$D that the minor child known as
DEANA SUE VARGO is declared to be the legal child of the
Petitioner, DENNIS MICHAEL WEISNER, and is qiven the na~ of
DEANA SUE WEISNER, by which name she shall hereafter be known, and
it is -
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the child, DEANA SUL
WEISNER shall be the child and legal heir of the Petitioner,
