This cause came on to be heard on August 27, 1975 on the
Wife's Motion for Contempt and Motion for Post-Judqmental Relief
and Notice of Hearing, and an appearance having been made by Gerald
S. James, Esquire, on behalf of the Husband and the Husband's attorney
" having moved orally for a continuance, and the Court being advised

It is therefore ORDERSD as follows:
1. 8earing on the Motion for Contempt and Motion for Post-
Judgmental Relief is hereby continued.
2. The 8usband is assessed the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars
attomeys fees for the Wife's attorneys and the Husband is ordered to

pay said sum to the law fi=m of Willes, Bittan & Willes.
