parties on the aForesaid construction loan. _
4. The sub~ect conveyance is in no way intended to
ef~ect a merg,er of in~erest in the real estate and personal
property referred to herein between First Wisconsin National
Bank as holder of the existing tiortgage (as amended) and
security interests, and First Wisconsin Na~ional Bank as grantee
~ referred to herein. Any such merger of right, title and
in~erest, ~ihether by operation of law or otherwise, is hereby ~
expressly disclaimed, the exp~ess intent of all parties herein
referred to being expressly to the contrary.
