This cause came on for trial the ~~day of ,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has juri~diction of the parties and sub~ect matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
OROERED and AUIUDGED as follows:
l. The marriage between GORDON WALTER LICATA and PATRICIA SUE
LICATA be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are her~by forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ ~ ~ 2. The Stipulation dated November 29; 1974 and admitted into
i } evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are

` - ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
~ 3. PATRICIA SUE LICATA be and she is hereby authorized to ~

~ asswne her fornier name of PATRICIA SUE BOYD and to use the same in all respects
i ~ as if said marriage had not intervened. ~
~ ~ 4. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
