out of that certain Mortgaqe dated Noveinber 28, 1969 from Hallmark
Construction Company of Florida to Br~argate Corporation, as record
in Official Recoxd Book 181, at Paqe 1043, of the Public Recorda of
St. Lucie-County, toqether with that certain promissory note of even
