' THIS CAUSE, having corne on to be heard before me this day, upon the
Coa~plaint of the Plaintiff and the Answer and Counter-Claim of the Defendant,
and the Cou~t having heard testimony of witnesses and argun~ent of Counsel,
and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, the Court finds that proper
notice to the o~,mer was sent to the address appearing on the cleed of conveyance
reeorded in the publie records of St. Lueie County, Florida; that Tax Certif-
ieate No. ~26 was properly i.ssued in conformance with fihe applicable statutes
and that the sale was held on Oetober 2nd, 1972, and th~t the 1972 tax roll
was not delivered to the Tax Colleetor until November, 1972. And the Court
further finding that the Clerk of the Cireuit Court complied with the
applicable statutes in every respect,_ it is thereupon
