4. Thafi the Plaintiff acquired titla to said tract of land under and
by virtue of a tax d,eed from the Cowzty of St. Lueie, State of Florida, said
tax ctieed being dated October 2, 1972, duly.and regutarly executed-and
recorded in the pu~lic reeords of St. Lue3e County, Florida on Oetober 3rct,
1972 in Offieial Record Book 206,~ page 2597, that the Count~r of St, Luacie,

State of Florida, acquired title to such-lands under and by virtwe of a tax
sale for the non-payment of taxes, made on June lst, 1970 and May 2Sfih, 1972
by the Tax Collector of St. Lucie County, in which said eounty said lands
were then situated, upon the tax assessment duly and regularly'made upon
said lands as the property of PAUL CATALINO, and the sale and clefault of the
payment ~of said tax by the said Tax Collector of said county. -That all
proceedings by whieh the.Co~mty of St. Lucie conveyed the said lands to
the Plaintiff were strictly and confox~nl.y with the laws; that said taxes
were duly and regularly assessed, and the sale for non-payment thereof was
duly and regularly had, and that the deed from the County of St. Lueie to
the Plaintiff was duly and regutarly isswed and conveyed fee sin~le title
in sai.d lands to the Plaintiff.
. 5. That all right, title and interest of the Defendant be and the same

are hereby quieted,,vacated, set aside and cancelled as clouds upon the ~
title of the Plaintiff, in and to the above cleseribed lands, and that the
title of the Plainti.ff in and to these lands be and is hereby forever quieted, _
cleared and confirmed, and forever fully and completely established as against

I 6. That the Defendant is forever prohibited, enjoined and restrained
