DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE . ,
This cause came on for trial August 29, 1975 and the Court
having.given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the ~
subject matter of this auit; that the relation oF husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriaqe between ~
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon `
ORDERED AND ADJUDGSD as follows:
~ 1. The marriage between CLIFFORD G. ROYER and DIANN
ROYER be and the~same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
' 2. Custody of SUSAN LYNN ROYER and MARCIA GAIL ROYER,

f minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to DIANN ROYER
i
~
I with reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to CLIFFORD G. ROYER.

; 3. Commencing Friday, September 5, 1975 CLIFFORD G.
~
4 ROYER shall pay to DiANN ROYER the sum of $37.50 each_and every
~
week for the support of the minor child, SU3AN LYNN ROYBR, and
f ~
the sum of $37.50 each and every week for the support of the minor
_
f child, MARCIA GAIL ROYER.
