, .,This cause came on for trial the day of Auqust, 1975, ~
and the Court having given full consideration todall the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject.matter of this suit; that the re~lation of husband and wife ,
now exists between the parties;.and'that the marriaqe between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORD$RED AND ADJUDGTD.as follows: ~ ~
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAGE THOMAS
WILLIAMS, Husband and PAMELA BERNICE WII,I~IAMS, Wife be and the~ same
~is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from 't-.he obligations arising therefrom. ~
. 2. CUSTODY. Custody. of T~i01?iAS DAMERON WILLIAMS, a minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to PAMSI~A BERNICE WILLIAMS with
: reasonable visitaiton riqhts reserved to PAGE THOMAS WILLIAl~lS.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 22nd day of August, 1975, sum of
$ 25.00 each and every week, for the support of the child named above. ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to PAMELA BERI3ICE WILLIAMS. In addition there
~ is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
E each paytnent made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to ~
t

~ keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
~ addresses at all times whilethis order is in effect.

~ 4. N~DICAL EXPENSES. The Husband is hereby expressly ordered

~ to ~Y all hospital and medical expensea heretofore incurred in
~ treating the minor child of the parties and to assume and indemnify.

~ 5. PROPERTY. That the Wife's interest in the mobile home owned .

s jointly by the parties is hereby awarded to the Husband. The Wife is
