AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT. made and enterad into this 29th day of
August. 1975, by and between EGAN, FICKETT & COMPANY~ a Naw .
~eraey Corporation. authori~ed to do businees in the State of Florida,
bereiaafter called EGAN, FICKETT, and FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT
TITUSVILLE, hereinafter called BANK~
WITNESSETH
THAT, WHEREAS, on the 30th day of Auguat, 1974, the undersigned
parties entered into an Agreement respecting a loan from the BANK
to EGAN. FICKETT, in the amount of ONE MILLION AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($1. 000, 000. 00}; said Agreement is recorded in O. R. Book
231, Paga 2040, Public Records of St. Lucie County, F lorida, aad is
incorporated berein by reference, and . ~
WHEREAS, in addition to the covenants and agreements therein
contained, EGAN, FICKETT has applied to the BANK for an additional
advance in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100
- DOLLARS (~250, 000. 00), under that certain Mortgage loan dated the
30th day of August, 19T4, and recorded in O. R. Book 147Z, Page 706, _
Public Records of Brevard County, Florida, and •
WHEREAS, as inducement to the BANK to make the said loan,
EGAN, FICKETT has agreed to pledge additional collateral in the
j nature of real estate and personal property hereinafter described, and
