four, the Plaintiff has a lien upon the real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot l, and the Westerly ?.54 feet of lot 2,
Block 5, Sunset Park Re-plat as per plat recorded in
plat Book 11, at Page 28, of the Public
Records of ST. Luc e County, Florid .

6. That the _Defendants here~ry ordered to pay the
amount set forth in paragraph four, before mentioned, to the
Plaintiff forthwith, and in default thereof, all ~he reversion,
remainder, estate, right, titl,e, interest, or right of possession
whatsoever of the Defendants and each o f them in the above des-
cribed encumbered premises shall be forever barred and fore-
closed, and said property shall be sold as an entirety without
appraisement or right of redemption at public auction for cash
to the highest and best bidder, free and clear and dischaxged
of any claims ofthe defendants, as aforesaid, and of any and
all persons, firms, or corporations claiming by, through or
- under them or any nf them since the filing of the lts pendens
herein. _
7. That the said sale will be held at the front door
of the St. Lucie County Courthouse by-the Clerk of this Court
