the Clerk, h~ shall disburse the proceeds of the sale in the
following manner; he shall retain ~is fee and shall satisfy

any unpaid Court costs, plus the cost of advertising the sale;
be shall pay to the Plaintiff the amounts enumerated in paragraph
four herein above, plus interest thereo~ Prom the date of this
decree to the date of payment; any remaining sums he shall
deposit in the registry of this Court to ~ remain pending the
further orders of the Court.
10. That the Court retains ~ urisdiction of this cause
for the purpose of making any and all further orders necessary
and appropriate.
