1975 for summary final judgment upon the pleadings and proofa filed herein,
and it appearing to the Court that it has jurisdiction of the parties and of the

wise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore ~
OR.DERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion be denied as to the de-
fendants WAINWRIGHT PLUMBING, INC. , and EAST COAST LUMBER
AND SUPPLY CO; and it is further
