edness stipulated in this note and in the mortgage given to eecure the eame. _
The makera snd endoreere of this note furth er agree to waive notice oi non-payment,
protest and demand for payment, and in case auit ahall be braught for the coll~ction
hereof or the same shall be collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay all expenses
of such collection~ ;ncluding a reasonable attorney's fee thereon.
