liquidation pursuant to the provisions of Section 631.102(2), Florida

8. Pursuant to the provisions o~ Sections 631.243~afid
631.101(3), Florida Statutes, if at Uny time the Court finds, upon
petition of the Department or the Insurer o~ on its own motion, or
upon petition of any interested persons, that the objectives of this
Order of Rehabilitation have been accomplished and that the insurer
can be.returned to its own management without jeopardy to the
insurer and its creditors and claimants, policyhalders and stockholders
and to the public, the Court may so return the insurer and_its ass~ts ~
and affairs to the insurer's management in accordance with the'
provisions of the aforesaid statute. . _
9. Deposit funds and maintain bank accounts in accordance
with Section 631.221, Florida Statutes. ~ -
; 10. Take possession of all of respondent's securities on

~ deposit with the Treasurer of Florida in the approximate par value
~ amount of ~886,000.00, convert to cash so much of the same as may be
necessary, in its judgment, to pay expenses as set forth in paragraph
4 above.

11. Require any officer, director,manager, trustee, attorney,

agent, actuary, broker, er~ployee or adjuster of respondent and any
~ other person who possesses, or possessed, any executive authority
