as premium payment on renewal or existing policies or contracts of

18. A moratorium is hereby declared on the ~ayment of all
deferred or renewal commissi.ons to any and all agents of respondent

any policy prior~to the commencement of this Rehabilitation proceeding.
The Rehabilitator shall use its best efforts to insure that adequate
record is maintained of any such commissions which may otherwise become
due under the terms and provisions of respondent's agency contract.s.
, This moratorium shall remain in effect pending further orders of this

~ 19. This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for
the purpose of granting such other and further.relief as shall be ;
