Take possession~of the Respondent's securities deposited with the Florida Department of Insurance pursuant to provisions of Section 617.561, Flbrida Statutes, in the sum of fifty thousand dollars (~SO,Q00.00), together ~~ith any and all interest thereupon accrued, and ' convert to cash so much of the same as it deems necessary in its judg- ment to pay administrative expenses incurred by the receivership for the benefit of the ~cholarship plan's membars, trustees of inembers and recipients of scholarships. ~ . .h. Analyze the records of the Respondent regarding its~ members, trustees of inembers, and recipients of scholarships in order to be abl~e,'as soon as is feasible,_to file with the Court a Petition For Instructions regarding the distribution of the assets of the scholar- ship fund, and give such notice as the Court may direct to members, trustees of inembers, and recipients of scholarships, which notice shall _ ~ advise such persons of the substance of the Relator's Petition For - ~ i Instructions and of the fact that there will be a hearing before the ~ ~ Court re ardin such Petition at which hearin such - 8 8 , g persons may attend, be heard and be represented by counsel. FURTHER, it is Ordered and Adjudged: i. Any person representing the Respondent or employed by the Respondent in connection with the conduct of its scholarship plan ~ . business, including, but not limited to; agents, officers, employees, salesmen, attorneys and consultants, is hereby discharged. j.
