TEI~ORARY ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the Emergency Petition
for Temporary Custody of Minor Children and *_emporary possession
of the marital home of the parties hereto, and the Court being
advised that the wife, VIVIAN JEANE SMITH, suffers from mental
health problems a~td ~-~i~:o ~~a uF ~nz~' ~r=~=~; L`TLM ~
indulges in intoxicants to the point of intoxication which would
act as a danger to her minor children,-and the Court being otherwise
advised in the premises, it is~hereby, .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that temporary custody of VIVIAN DENISE
SMITfi, age 7, and JOHN NEAL SMITH; age 14, be awarded to the -
Husband, R. VANCE SMITH, and that the marital home of the parties,

to-witc 2821 North Indian River Drive, Village of St. Lucie, St.
Lucie Coimty, Florida, be awarded to the Husband R. VANCE SMITH
temporarily, giving him exclusive possession thereof pending the

final determination of this cause.

4 It is further ORDERED that the parties hereto refrain from
~ harassing and annoying or bothering each other during the pendencq

~ of this cause.

It is further ORDERED that reasonable rights of visitation of
the children with the Wife shall be provided by the Husband under
proper supervision.
