THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing this Z~, day of
, 1975, and the Husband having appeared with counsel
and a default being entered against the Wife, DONG KUM (MARIA) YIN,
for failure to~file or serve an answer or pleading and the Court ~
having given full consideration to the evidence finds and
determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and
sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relations of Husband and
Wife now exists between J00 YONG YIN and DONG RUM (MARIA) YIN;
the equities are with the Husband and against the Wife, and the
' Husband is entitled to a Dissolution of Marriage. It is thereupon
ORDERID and ADJUDGID as follows: . ~

of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. _
2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties thereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
