A pre-trial conference having been held before the
Court and counsel for the parties havinq examined certain
exhibits and entered into certain stipulations in open court
and the Court being fully advised in the premises,-it is
thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. VALUATION DATE: The value of the property taken
'i and damages, if_any, to the remainder shall be determined as

i of December 2, 1974.

~ 2. COMPARABLE SALES: Evidence as to sale3 of comparable
properties shall be limited to sales which were closed or
under bona fide contract on or before December 2, 19T4.
3. EXPERT WI~'NESSES: The parties ahall each be limited
to two expert witnesses in any particular category such as
appraisers, engineers, grove managers, agricultural experts,
and the like. - .
4. CONSTRUCTION PLANS: The plaintiff shall forthwith

~ file with the Clerk a complete set of construction plans for
~
~ the subject project, which plans shall be available for use
~
~ by any party at the office of the Clerk.
