A pre-trial conference having been held before the
Court and counsel for the parties having examined certain
exhibits and entered into certain Rtipulations in open court
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
' 1. VALUATION DATE: The value of the property taken
j and dainages, if any, to the remainder shall be detenained as
of December 2, 1974..
~ 2. COMPARABLE SALES: Evidence as to sales of comparable
properties shall be limited to sales which were closed or _
under bona fide contract on or before December 2, 1974.

3. EXPERT WITNESSES: The parties shall each be li;nited
to two expert witnesses in any particular category such as
appraisers, engineers, grove managers, agricultural experts,
and the like.
