10. AMENDMENT Z`O PLEADINGS: On stipulation of the
parties, the defendant filed an amendment to their answer
alleqinq business damage, pravided, however,.if any expert
witness of the defendant relies upon business records of the
defendant in arriving at an opinion as to business damage,
then copies of such records shall be made available to
plaintiff's counsel for inspection and copying not less than
15 days grior to trial.
